Very friendly member of staff who took all waste in one trip and handled payment process for me. Only thing that could have been better was that destruction certificate took a few days to arrive.

I can see from our booking system that you opted for an off-site services. Unfortunately, with this service, the Certificate of Destruction does take a little longer to process due to the additional admin involved our end. If you did need a Certificate of Destruction immediately in the future, I can definitely recommend an on-site service where it will be provided as soon as we have shredded any materials on-site at your premises. The benefit of the on-site service is that you can also witness the destruction if needed. We hope to see you again soon either way :) All the best, and thanks for choosing Shred Station, Emily.
