I spoke to you and renewed the cover and still I received an email and a text saying I had no cover. I had to them call again to clarify if I was covered. Also the insurance is u see a different...

I have been with Shield for what must be 20 years. That says it all.

I have been with Shield for what must be 20 years. That says it all. I have never felt my premiums were increased to give discounts to new customers. Again that says a lot.
