Hotel Villa Margherita is one of our most popular hotels and I think it is easy to see why. As you have mentioned it is so well kept and has such lovely grounds. I'm so pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay and thank you for the lovely review.
The Sardinian rep was polite and reasonably helpful, but, although it was not her fault, it was disappointing that issues were not resolved before we left.

Wonderful service, always greeted with a smile from staff wherever we were. Very helpful reception staff, always happy to assist with queries or give information regarding places to go.

Efficient staff, especially the housekeeping.

I am sorry to hear your experience with EasyJet was not an enjoyable one, although I am delighted to hear your stay at Gabbiano Azzurro Hotel was overall good. I am sorry to read your wife had a fall in the pool, we will certainly pass on your recommendation for a rail and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The most important aspect of the service was the local knowledge that guided us to a superb location and hotel that perfectly met our needs.
