first timers need to speak with a representative and there aren't any

not the best first experience. i wish you guys have a person to talk to. i was on wait for hours and never managed to speak with a real person. i was 1 inch to purchase the vacation someplace else.

In this case you guys should collect all the info from your customers that have issues (mostly 1st time users) and make the website better. This way you'll eliminate all kinds of situations.

We regret the inconvenience you experienced. Your feedback has been provided to the Area Sales Manager and the agent will be coached. Rates and availability is strictly reglated by the holiday supplier , therefore there is no guarantee the differences would not have applied even when booking with an agent.

A proper response in the spirit of customer service would have been to offer the price adjustment ($50 per adult/$20 per child) since the agent was responsible for my seeking to book via the website directly. This should apply to all of the families that were to be part of the booking through the agent.
