You never responded to my request for return. I emailed you the day I received this product, as it cracked immediately on the first use.

Yes we did respond, the response was made on 1/21 (the day after your email). I will email you again but below is the response in that email offering a replacement or a refund. We never heard back from you, I have the emails from you open in both the send and receive boxes in the Web@RubiTrux.com where you emailed. I wish I could post a screenshot here just so other customers do not think that we ignore customer issues. Email Response - "Hey (Customer), Since this is an ARB product there is little we have control over; I see there are a lot of questions marks in the email so will skip over those and get right to the end resolution. Would you like me to have ARB send replacements or do you want to return them? Either way is fine, but ARB would send more if we asked."
