First, I need to start this by saying nothing in this review is correct and I hate to respond like this but I have no choice, you must be using a 2018 calendar according to these dates and I hope that that is taken into consideration as it is indeed 2020. Your FedEx tracking shows Delivered Tuesday 5/05/2020 in large bold text at the top. Thank you for this feedback, we like to look into every issue as they arise for our customers but I do see some issues with the details described in that I cannot find any truth in this review besides you ordered something and it was delivered. First, manufacturers set the advertised price of the product and why all resellers are the same but we do cover FedEx 2 day delivery for our customers where we can. This was neither ordered on Monday nor was it delivered on Sunday and that cannot be argued; it could not be more plain on your invoice, the tracking, or anywhere else in this transaction. You ordered this on 4/30/2020 (Thursday) but was ordered at 6:30PM and that is confirmed. This is after business hours for most companies and well past the cut off date for shipping and that is listed on our site; shipping leaves at 4PM and if a 2 day comes in even 10 minutes before that, we get it out every time as we know that if it can leave Thursday the package is delivered Saturday. The tracking shows it was picked up and scanned the next day. There are only 30 days in April 2020 according to the calendar on my computer so I do need to note that since it was made as a point in this poor review, there are only 30 days in April and we as a company cannot control that and even in 2018 which is the most recent year these dates and days line up there are only 30 in April. Months that have 31 days are: January, March, May, July, August, October, December. The next day after Thursday is Friday, in the current year 5/1 is a Friday (so next business day). This left on that Friday, the next business day open. FedEx does not count Saturday and Sunday as moving days (this is standard across UPS, FedEx, etc. and not in our control). They will deliver on Saturday if the order is placed in time to go out on Thursday (this was not since 6:30PM well after pick ups leave). This actually went from NC to one of the most western states possible (not sharing to keep privacy considered). The tracking by FedEx has this marked "Package not due for delivery" on Saturday and then also on Monday. The package was delivered on Tuesday as stated. I will not share the tracking here to also consider privacy but I do think this review is a little unfair since the tracking tells the story verbatim. The order left Friday, sat one business day in between (Monday is the next business day after Friday per FedEx and our current working economy) and then delivered on the second business day (Tuesday 5/5 as stated). Amazon who is the largest and most profitable business on the planet cannot even do that right now. I do apologize for the inconvenience here but there was a point made to the amount of days in April and I wanted to respond to this specifically as well as the fact that it was FedEx 2 day delivery. The tracking states this, the label states this, and considering business days are M-F for businesses in general (even though some are open Saturday and Sunday, they are not considered business days and that is common in our current economy) this delivery was as described. The FedEx tracking number states that the service was 2 day, it states it left 5/1 (the day after 4/30) and then delivered in two business days. We do apologize but this review does seem to contain mostly disinformation on dates and delivery times and extends the calendar month of April 2020 for some reason. We apologize you no longer trust us and we probably will not earn your business again even though we would love to have it. But this review is not valid even with the in-depth explanation you provided so I felt it only right to defend not only our program but our customer service in this time of COVID since that was noted by you when the delivery was exactly as described and there are data points in our system, your email confirmation, and FedEx's system that leave no doubt that we did exactly as we advertised. I do need to reiterate, this FedEx 2 day service was covered in the cost of the product and not out of the customer's pocket and had no additional charge. The FedEx operations are in the link following this review response so we can achieve full transparency and be completely open due to this lack of trust that has been garnered in this transaction. The FedEx tracking when scanned on Friday also stated that it would be there Tuesday and showed that the entire time from 5/1 to 5/5. I hate to have to get in-depth like this but this review simply is not true and that can be validated at any time if there is an incorrect disconnect between the order date, the date the tracking was scanned, the number of days in April, or any other logistical discrepancies that may have come about. I do apologize for your perceived poor experience but from what I can tell everything went as policy states by us as sellers and FedEx as the shipper and I do apologize for your delivery experience in these trying times but it is almost like you went out of your way to manufacturer an experience to leave a negative review and anyone who reads our reviews can see that we do take pride in our customer experience as a small company and even though I wish we could, we cannot manipulate time to render a better outcome but we will do our best within perceivable and realistic parameters. https://www.fedex.com/en-us/shipping/2-3-day.html
