As advised on all correspondence prior to you moving into your new home, unfortunately, we are not able to set up standing order mandates for any of our tenants as this is a formal instruction the account holder has to give to their own bank, for funds to be transferred from your bank account into ours. As we are not the account holder, we are not able to do this. We can post your completed and signed standing order to the bank for you but ultimately, the responsibility to ensure this is set up stays with the tenant. We hope that now you have sorted this with your bank you continue to have a positive experience with Royston & Lund Lettings.

Thank you for provide a review of our lettings service, and noting your concern with regard to our advice of reducing the marketing rent level. As a agency we do monitor enquiries and viewings we have achieved for rental properties and should interest be lower than we would normally expect, we do discuss the possibility of reducing the rent as with our experience if we are struggling to gain applications on a property one of the suggestions would be to review the rent level set. It is great to hear that you decided to level the rent as it was and eventually achieved a successful tenancy. We sincerely apologise if you felt some of our staff were not always as courteous as they should be. Please be assured this will be discussed internally within the team.
