I paid for my products to be gift wrapped and unfortunately I would not consider a Jiffy bag to be classed as appropriate

Good reliable service. If an item I ordered is not in stock they either phone me or e-mail me to ask what I would like to do. They have recommended a replacement item and it has always been as good...

I order an available product, but the website is not updated and the product result out of stock AFTER the payment. This is a bit unpleasant.
Anyway, service offer me a fast refund. :)
