Sorry to hear about the problem you've been encountering.
Having reviewed this attempted purchase, I believe we have advised you that your bank will not approve the sale due to a difference in your registered card address and the shipping addresses. In cases like these, we require you to confirm the authorisation code which only takes a few minutes to complete. Alternatively, you can advise them on record of the difference between your card address and your shipping address.
We do value and want your business but unfortunately we are in the hands of the card approvers in matters such as this and we do want to compromise the safety and security of our customers purchases.
