I ordered these cigars on the 11th on 13th money taken from my bank and to date still have not received cigars (£589)

I understand that you spoke with our General Manager at the weekend and that we are looking into the delay of your order which we have had to place directly with the supplier due to a late arrival from them into the UK.

Many of our item are so fast moving but quick replenishment that they could go out of stock and be back in the next day. Apologies for any inconvenience and we're grateful for your orders and your feedback both constructive and positive.
Seemed to be very efficient, the product I ordered was not available, so I received a telephone call, email and text to resolve the problem. My order arrived two days later.
