Unfortunately your order was sent on the 24th December and could not be reviewed until the mail order team returned to work on the 27th. I understand that we contacted you on our return to work to advise you of the situation and you have since requested a refund which we have auctioned.
I apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope this will not deter you from suing us again in the future.

Apparently they emailed me to say that the items I ordered were out of stock. I didn't receive the email but once they responded to my negative review, I received an immediate refund.
I understand that you placed your order as standard delivery on Friday 4th January and as such would not be due to you for delivery until at best tomorrow.
