Fairly easy Website navigation. Trip detail was described on daily. I signed up for the whole package (trip, airline ticket, insurance etc) have to follow up on the airline ticket booking.
I was on the waiting list, then given a spot very quickly, paid, then they said no, they couldn't accommodate for entire trip, could I pay more? After a phone call and a few days it was worked out...
Web site is slow and awkward to use. I use it only when I can't get anagent on the phone. They are always serving another person!
