I can see from your order that unfortunately the item; Mouth & Tongue T3097 is no longer available and we refunded your PayPal account for this. I apologise that a separate email was  not sent to advise you. We do add a note in the remarks of the order acknowledgement however we can look at sending an email in the future to advise.

I sincerely apologise for the delay in dispatch of your order, I can see that your order did run over the two week lead time which we advise for our stock items. I am aware that we did experience high volumes of orders at this time however we still aim to dispatch orders within the two weeks.

I have taken this up with our operations manager to ensure that any delays of this nature are avoided in the future.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I apologise for the delivery delay you experienced. We had encountered a very high volume of orders on our clearance range at this time and had some difficulty keeping up with demand. Measures have now been put in place to prevent this delay in the future however I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
