we booked at lower price, great deal and then in the morning we found out our price was increased.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We can appreciate the frustration of finding out the price increased before your reservation was confirmed. Our records show that in order to process your reservation, we required the complete billing address and phone number for the credit card used to purchase the vacation package. Your bank advised that the information provided during the online booking process could not be verified as the address/phone number they had listed in their system did not match. Please be assured this policy is to protect you, as well as our agency, from credit card fraud. For any assistance with your reservation please contact our office at 1-866-873-3824
