Concerned that the packaging says if not trained to use the poison it should not be sold to you. I later checked and saw the same information on the eBay listing.

Hello,
We don't actually sell items on eBay so I am not sure what you have bought but I am afraid it is not from us? We supplied you with a bait station which requires no training and is for the safe use of rat and mice poisons.
Please can you amend your review for us? And also, if someone has sold you a professional use rodenticide without checking you have a certificate they have done so illegally. So please do report them.
