My only complaint is that over the years the number of higher graded holidays on offer (D+/C, and particularly C and C+) has fallen, as has the proportion of two week holidays.

Thanks very much for your comments. We are very much aware of the falling numbers of high grade holidays we offer, and would very much like to see us operating a greater number of harder walking programmes again; I used to lead holidays at grades C and C+ in the Austrian Alps so can personally appreciate the joys of this sort of holiday.
Although we have noticed a steady change in demand towards less strenuous itineraries, particularly as clients who perhaps don't consider themselves 'ramblers' seek holidays offering a bit more activity and adventure, we are very much aware there's a sizable group of you out there looking for something a bit more strenuous and otherwise demanding. We do try to include new higher grade holidays in our programmes each year to cater for those like you who want to reach some higher and remoter places on foot.
In terms of duration, one and two week holidays do remain popular options, but with costs of holidaying and other pressures on our clients' time increasing, again we're responding to a demand for some shorter duration holidays.
If you have any ideas for future high grade holidays you'd like us to consider, we'd be pleased to hear from you again.

Have travelled with RWH for many years and have always had excellent walking holidays.
I passed the HQ in WGC and saw (and heard) the water mill whilst I was walking the route of the River Lee. I picked up an out of date brochure from the pub opposite The Semaphore ? And was impressed...
