Happy with driver and collection' not happy with booking and charging.

Driver was lovely, arrived promptly, even 5 minutes early, and collection was smooth and fast. booking the collection was a nightmare, one booking didn't go through at all, the second one payment...

The pickup and airport delivery are fine but they then charged five time for one extra bag, and refused to refund. Willlnever use them again. Their finance department are obviously incompetent.
