Pickup worked great, though there were some troubles with one bag not being checked in properly - after a while this was solved though and the telefone support was actually quite helpful

Baggage check in at home

Really eases the way. Apart from the arrival time moving earlier/later/earlier within the agreed window it was a great service. Heavy Luggage tagged at our door, photos sent with all the references....

Good concept, execution failed this time

The driver arrived 45 mins early - lucky I was at home and had just finished packing. Bags didn't arrive at the destination (were delivered by courier a few days later) despite being 'checked in'...
