Not so much of a seamless switch. They asked me to cancel my previous broadband provider on my own after being told by one of their staff not do do so and apparently because I only asked them to install instead of transfer. How should I even know that term as a new customer. Showed them a proof of transcript which I have screenshot saying I want to switch, the same meaning as transfer! But no, they keep blaming me because I didn’t rectify the ‘error’ myself. As a result, I loss £72 due to overpaying 2 months of the old broadband.

Clear billing please....not discounted info....
They sorted out the problem I had. I had boosted my broadband strength and the email which followed was very poorly worded. It indicated a higher price than agreed and an eighteen month contract...

Great service!
So far so good! I called them when the WiFi didn’t seem to be working, one of the reps -Jay- was great in talking me through the steps for the resetting of the WiFi. A great service!
