Would have been excellent but the site hung on the PayPal payment. I had to go back and start again, this time paying by debit card, which went through immediately.

Sorry to hear about this. Parks receive the same confirmation email and you will note the park's email address alongside your own. We have checked our tracking and the email did not bounce back. Bookings are also visible at all times to parks in our web portal. We will follow up with the park to find out why you were asked to repeat the details. Pitchup.com
