I do apologise the shoes are not what you expected, you are more than welcome to return them to us providing they have not been worn outdoors. Please ensure that the goods are repackaged as best as you can with a covering note enclosed alongside your proof of purchase, that way we know exactly who has made the return to us. The note can consist of either your order number or your name and address, this shall suffice. We do not offer a free returns service, meaning you will have to return the goods back to us at your own expense. Our returns address is as follows:
