Good service

No problem ordering and despatched the same day. The only problem was Royal Mail taking taking 4 days to deliver. The parcel Label had 24 on it.

Paid premium for carriage, but slow despatch, not received in time.

Despatch promptly once approved by Doctor. Premium charge for tracked delivery not worth it: offer express delivery to offset slow despatch.

Good Morning, Thank you for your review. The different delivery options we offer are for a 24 or 48-hour delivery and this only affects the parcel once dispatched. The speed in which the order is dispatched depends when the prescription is received from the Online Doctor. For example, your prescription wasn't received until after 4:30pm so the order was not dispatched until the following day. Upon checking the Royal Mail tracking reference, I can see that you missed the first attempted delivery and had to arrange a redelivery. This appears to have caused a delay of around 4 days. In total, it would have taken around 3 working days for your delivery to be complete from the point the consultation was submitted if your delivery had been completed on the first attempt.
