We understand how frustrating it must be to have spent £50 on helium and balloons, only for them not to last as expected—especially if they were intended for a special occasion. Latex balloons typically float for 6–8 hours when filled with helium, but this can be significantly reduced by factors like balloon quality, sealing, or temperature. If the balloons were not sealed fully or exposed to heat or sunlight, this can unfortunately cause them to deflate more quickly. We value your feedback and hope to resolve this for you.
