Service great, love the product concept but unfortunately still not noticed and results in any of the target areas after 6 weeks use.

It was a great service, beautifully presented and personalised and arrived on time. It really cheered us up. It just felt like more of a luxury vitamin as was great for hair, nails, well-being etc...

Hey - We absolutely understand, this is one of the reasons we have our weekly boxes and one off purchases for customers to try the product, this was introduced around 10 months ago. 😊 Thank you for your feedback we will pass this across to our team.

Cancelling was hard to find and then nearly sent me the product anyway.
Unfortunately the product did not taste nice :(

We do try to make it as clear as possible with regards to cancellations on our FAQ's and T&C's. Our customer love team are happy to make any cancellations, adjustments or changes whenever needed 😊
