Was sent a watch strap that will not go around my wrist (childs size?) and despite my request for an exchange or refund you are refusing to help.

Watch is still not keeping time correctly. Each day I've worn the watch, it fails to keep the correct time. Nordgreen employee said to keep it away from phone, which I have done.
