The product is very nice, the order fulfillment and the shipment took a bit of time, so if you're aiming for a special occasion, make sure to order about 2 weeks ahead!

I bought 2 watches and both fell off and I lost them. I've never lost a watch in all my 52 years until buying Nordgreen watches, which is a shame because they're so beautiful.

Unfortunately, loss or theft is not covered by our warranty program. Nordgreen warranty covers the manufacturing defects on the watch head itself and will not act as insurance in case of theft or loss. Thank you kindly for understanding.
