However, we just digger into your case and found that your order has been placed 30th of November, but of course it does not explain the delay issue, which you should not have experienced at first place. As we see, your package has been simply stuck at customs (you are welcome to check the tracking link and know the reason why this delay has occurred).Believe you understand that we are not in control of it and precisely the speed of the documentation check once our package leaves our warehouse - from Denmark.
We will make sure to contact FedEx and try to speed up the process. Truly sorry if it caused any inconvenience. It was honestly not our intension for you to experience all of this. However, you should expect to receive your package soon! :-)
