The date we originally provided was based on information supplied by the manufacturer. While we strive to ensure that these dates are as accurate as possible, delays may occasionally occur. We understand that this is incredibly frustrating for you, and where possible, we will always try to keep you informed of any known changes to your vehicle’s delivery date to allow you to make any necessary arrangements as a consequence. Hi Davina, thank you for your review. We want to reassure you that any delivery mileage included on the vehicle at the point of delivery does not count towards your mileage allowance. The driver will have made a note of the delivery mileage on the delivery note, but we always advise you make a note of this yourself for your records.
