Also, this resort charged my credit card after we left however there was nothing outstanding to charge as we finalized the bill at the time of leaving. We have continually asked for a statement and todate, have not received one. An overall very disappointing outcome.

Hi Charlene. Thank you for your response but as stated the whole experience was terrible . The rooms and service was nothing like the brochure and misleading. There was no effort from the staff
