We are really sorry that your order was delayed in the post due to the Royal Mail strikes. We hope that as you have been a returning customer of ours over several occasions that you have been happy with our service and products as a whole and can appreciate that this is down to the delays caused by the strikes we faced as a country :-)

We are sorry you feel disappointed with the service you have received so far. We replied to your email as soon as possible, which was within one working day, and shortly after you had left us a message. Like all orders, we dispatched your labels within 4 working days from you placing it. Unfortunately (as explained in the email) the delayed delivery is not down to our lack of service but unfortunately due to the recent mail strikes and Bank Holiday, which is also disappointing for us. Again, we apologise for the delays you are experiencing and understand how disappointing it is when items are not delivered within expected time frames. At this moment in time we have to wait for the full 3 weeks since the items were posted to see if Royal Mail deliver your items or return them to us before we can escalate the issue further. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
