I also apologise if this had not been clear previously as the cost had been clearly documented on all documentation.In most cases, we do not charge existing clients any fee for remortgages or product transfers, where the loan terms remain the same. This is why no fee would have been charged on previous occasions.
However, with a house move, there is a lot more work involved, especially post-mortgage application through to completion. We, therefore, charge a fee for our services on these occasions.
Please be assured that at the end of your existing product when we review, there will be no fee charged.
