Shocking refund process for lost parcels.
They need to produce a credible refund service when parcels are lost or damaged - I have had four in two weeks go missing. The process is flawed & impossible to navigate.

Hermes services is generally outstanding service. But I've had a couple of issues with drivers not leaving cards .

They don't knock, they just leave your parcels outside even in the rain.
They could improve their service by knocking on the door and letting us know they are there. We have now had 4 parcels left outside visible to any passer-by. All night when it has rained. One parcel...
