Thank you for your feedback and I am so sorry for the delay in delivering these to you, when you placed your order you should have been told that your item was on back order as this needed to be made for you, I apologise if this was not the case. I have raised your complaint with the line manager and will establish what went wrong and what needs to be done to avoid it happening again. I am pleased you are happy with your product eventually.
