I recently offered to buy the tablecloths and napkins for my sons wedding and chose to order from your company. I received them on Monday 4th March. I was very distressed to discover that 8 tablecloths were badly stained with black greasy marks (approx 3-5 inches long). As the wedding is imminent I was in two minds ,whether to return them all or attempt to clean them. It took me 5 hours to scrub the stains, a full day putting them all through a 90 degree wash and 6 hours ironing them all. I was exhausted. It may be that your packing/dispatch area is at fault and requires attention. As a token of good faith I feel it reasonable to request a 20 discount /refund of £60 or 2 sets of white towels for the happy couple as compensation. I am very sorry to hear of the problems you have encountered and I do sympathise with how frustrating this was for you. This is certainly not the service we expect our customers to receive and the quality of the goods we supply, as discussed in our email conversation had we been aware of the problem we would have arranged uplift and despatched urgent replacements in time for the wedding, however, as you managed to use the items in question and for the work put in by yourself we have since sent our complimentary towels to the happy couple as requested in way of an apology. I hope that this unfortunate and rare error does not deter you from ordering again in the future. Kind regards Michelle Customer Services
