I can only apologise if you feel you unhappy with your delivery time on your Hypnos bed, we do really strive to give an excellent delivery service, we ask customers that need to know a time to ring the store at 10 am on the day of delivery and we are then able to confirm if we are delivering am or pm, this is different to many other retailers who make you wait in all day, I can also see from your order that we also gave you free delivery, assembly of goods included and we remove all packaging.
We give all our customers a white glove delivery service as this is the final part of your purchase and know that this is far superior to many other retailers who don't offer that type of service.
However if your item was late and you were not kept informed this is not our normal service and we are extremely sorry.
We do hope that you will visit us at the store again and I am sure that we can restore our excellent reputation with yourselves.
