Letting service and rent recovery. There is an email follow up when rent is overdue but I need to chase up each time Marsh and Parsons to contact the tenant and make sure that they set up the debit.

As usual with M&P, all smiles and lots of contact until you sign on the dotted line, then slippery and unreachable when things go wrong. There's no way they didn't know about the issues with the flat...

Good service but totally unreasonable fee basis
Good service in finding a tenant but extremely unreasonable fees charged 18 months upfront on a tenancy. Unwilling to negotiate or meet half way on a solution.
Would not use them again.
