I am sorry that the instructions that came with the tracker were not sufficient, and further, detailed instructions did not prove to be user-friendly. Your feedback is incredibly useful and helps us work with our suppliers to improve their products, manuals and services. We want to make the process is as simple and straightforward as possible, especially on such important products such as trackers so I'm sorry we failed to do so on this occasion. Our customer service team is always on hand and we are happy to talk the setup process through with customers over the phone if they experience any difficulties but I can understand your frustrations and the decision to instead return the tracker.

As we speak we are working to improve our returns process to ensure that customers do not need to chase us as this should never be the case.
