Ron, thanks very much for your reply. Appreciate you taking the time. Please check your junk email box. We did email you at 11:13AM yesterday, with a solution to this problem - which did not have any tinge of disinterest from us - I promise this would never be the case. Please see copied and pasted our response to you here following the car sadly having the wrong cable:
-----------------------------------
Hello Ron,I am sorry to hear that your vehicle was supplied with the wrong cable. All you need to do is to take that cable to your local VW dealer and they should be able to swap it to your correct phone cable.
-----------------------------------
I apologise for your inconvenience with this, and I hope we may be able to assist you again, and earn our usual 5 star review, by providing you exactly the same high levels of sevice as with this and all transactions.
If there is anything else at that I can do, please drop me a line: roger@leasepoint.co.uk
Regards,
Roger

Ron, - Just in case of any help, I have also checked and see that Heritage VW are 3.6 miles from your business address - they are the closest VW dealer, and should you pass this way the address is: Whitby Road, Bristol, BS4 3QB
