Excellent service, great, easy to use website, very fast delivery and a considerate delivery person who put the food under shelter as I wasn't home when it was delivered.
After trying the samples, Huxley seemed to like the Grain Free Duck so I ordered a 1.5kg bag of this and one of the chicken. Unfortunately Huxley who is very very fussy only seems to like the Duck...

We're sorry to hear Huxley dosn't like the Chicken. Due to not coating our food in an oil like extruded dog food, it's often not until they crunch the baked biscuit that they get the delicious flavour and then can't stop eating! We would alway suggest breaking a little bit in your hand and offering it to them that way. Often they then can't stop eating once they get the delicious baked taste!

Please don't be sorry, Huxley is the fussiest dog I have ever had to deal with and the fact that he actual eats some of the Duck is a miracle. Huxley wouldn't touch any of the other samples and has refused almost every other complete on the market. He does also eat your wheat free mixer as I use this as treats for all my other dogs and this is why I decided to try your other completes. I will definitely try crushing some but to be honest the fact that he eats a bit of TWO of your foods is far better than any other product on the market. I have had to buy a dehydrator to dehydrate chicken breast, Duck breast and Pork fillet as this is the only way he will consider eating any meats so I think you can see my dilemma. I have also tried putting down the same food and taking it up if doesn't eat it and he has gone just over 5 days without eating anything!!!! before I gave up. I have had, shown and competed in obedience competitions with my dogs for over 30 yrs and have never met a dog like this, nor has anyone I know in the dog world.
