Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We do remit payment to Landlords upon receipt of monies on the same day the monies are received from the tenant. There is a possibility if the tenant agrees, to change the rent due date if the monies are required for a specific date. If you also wish to discuss the option of adding Property Visits onto the tenancy we can look at this for you.
