A satisfactory outcome after some initial problems
Softener has never worked in the 3 months I have had it. I have used 5 times the amount of salt in that time. I have had to wait nearly a month for it to be seen to.Should have kept to Harveys

Both the rep who came and the engineer who fitted the softener were very polite and informative.I would recommend them if the need arose.

I first had a Kinetico 22years ago and the same Softener is still working without a hitch. I have now moved and the first thing I had done was a Kinetico fitted. They are brilliant.
