The product is excellent and very fit for purpose. However, it took a very long time from ordering to delivery. It is such a small item, I don’t know why delivery took so long?

KCS was the cheapest firm to buy from and the AAA batteries where delivered in 4 days . I did phone the company on the fourth day as when ordering it said 3 days for delivery, the lady who answered...
