I asked customer service for a refund due to the poor quality of the product (especially with the hefty price tag), they did not offer a replacement which did make me wonder if it wasn't faulty but...
I like the shape of the pillow but the head part is quite uncomfortable. I had a sore neck when using it. I think that section to support the neck needs to be of a much better quality such as memory...
