Dear Richard Thank you for your feedback. and we are sorry that this has not met your expectations. The last contact we had with you was 6 weeks after your operation at your follow up appointment apart from a call in early October . We have not been made aware of any issues from either you or your physio to date since then. Should you wish to contact me I can book you in for a review appointment with Mr Cossey to discuss what is happening with your knee and any actions going forward.
