I’m not sure where in the above I said contrasting colours were a problem? To be specific about how the quality was not what I expected, the pictures online display a sharp contrast between the two colours and the wavy lines whereas in reality the two colours of the design bleed into each other, and the wavy line is only on one side of the scarf. The back of the scarf is plain and doesn’t feature the wavy lines at all. I’ve just been back to your website to double check the listing and this is definitely not shown. Quite frankly the scarf looks like I bought it for a fiver from the market. They are not faulty just poor quality and I would recommend buying in person, not trusting the website listings.

Promised, on 6 Dec, next day delivery by the courier but I haven't received my purchased until now!

I am so sorry about this, I can confirm your order was shipped on Dec 5, 2019 4:52:19 PM which was the same day, however, we do not offer next day delivery on international orders as it can take up to 10-15 working days which is why it has got to you so late. Unfortunately, we have no control of the shipment once it has left the country.

Although I paid for a next day delivery I would got my dress two days later! The dress is beautiful and it was really well wrapped. So, it's 5 stars for the dress and three for the delivery service
