Thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry to hear you feel we weren’t concerned about your experience and that you had to wait for the paperwork to be finished. We really do appreciate your custom. With regards to your other points, I have spoken with our Parts Manager, Craig, and instructed him to produce you a set of GB licence plates for your new Jeep. If you call 01482 222500 and ask for Craig Oldfield he will arrange a time at your convenience to come in and fit the new plates. I apologise for the mix up on our side and any inconvenience this has caused.
Also, I noticed your comment regarding the touchscreen features, when you bring your car in if you are still having trouble with anything please just ask a member of staff for help and they will be able to assist you.
