As with many of the brands we sell, Enchanted House is a premium British manufacturer where all beds are hand-made to order. Once notified of your dissatisfaction with the mattress, Enchanted House gladly made you a new one, at no extra cost, and even pre-conditioned it to avoid you having to suffer any further settlement period. The divan base was also exchanged for free.We will always try to resolve any problems as swiftly as possible, unfortunately, in your case, this took longer to resolve due to the Covid-19 global pandemic.
