We are sorry to hear that inadequate information was transmitted to you regarding directions to the Merlin House apartments.We do not offer instructions as a matter of course but would certainly do so if requested, this would normally be in the form of a map which would be sent or e-mailed to you. We are pleased to hear that overall your holiday was a success and trust that we may be given the opportunity to redeem ourselves at some time in the future.

All worked very well, flight, transfers and hotel . Thankyou.
We do feel that the local airport Manston Kent, could be marketed more, it is so convenient for anyone living in Kent.
Good prompt service, paperwork correct and followup information a great help. Could do with warning visitors about the strict parking regulations and parking hours.
