Eurocar not happy with hired us a sat nav with a software problem refused a refund would never use them again not very helpful please bear this in mind for us
I would have liked a paid receipt from the company once I had paid the invoice in full .
I would have liked Jersey.com to have told me what time my transfer from the hotel would be rather than me...

Thank yiu for taking time to complete the feedback request. We are constantly striving to maintain our high standard of customer service and are disappointed to learn that you found certain aspects to be unsatisfactory. In order to reduce the amount of paper used we do not as a matter of course send out confirmation of payment unless specifically requested, this is stated on our confirmation invoice. The confirmation that you received by e-mail has a limk to print the travel information page, this would have provided all the deatils needed for transfer pick up times. If it is not possible for you to print this information it does also state that you can telephone us and we will put this information in the post to you. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay at the Westhill Hotel and trust that you wiil allow us to be of service to you in the future.
