Really helpful in booking hotel and flights. Communication good , information good, response to queries good too. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Although the hotel was attached to a pub, noise from the pub did not reach our room.

Thank you for your review. That's right! The hotel is attached to the legendary Dolphin pub (grill & bar) featuring sound proof rooms as you could see. We hope you had a lovely time in Jersey :)

We do apologize for the inconvenience caused with the ferry delay. We are currently investigating why Condor didn't inform you about the situation. We hope this didn't stop you from enjoying beautiful Jersey!
